課程概述

課程宗旨:本課程主要目的,希望透過課堂上的教學與討論,能促進學習者瞭解
美國政府與政治的全貌。本課程不是靜態的去瞭解美國相關的法制規
定美國政府如何運作,而希望從動態的過程去探究美國政府和政治運
作的本質。因此,本課程希望從總統、國會、政黨、聯邦制度、利益
團體和司法制度等六個層面探討美國政治,希望讓學習者對美國政府
的政治運作有一較全面性的瞭解。

課程要求:學習者在修習本課程時,最好在大學部修過比較政府和政治學等基礎
